Facebook is free. Comment is free.

No, there's no charge to belong to Facebook. And there's no charge to post a hate-flame comment on the Guardian either. But is it really free?


Always remember if you don't have to pay for the product, it means you are the product.

    There never has been such a thing as a free lunch; unless, of course, I go and raid my landlords' vegetable garden...but then, if they catch me, they'd probably put up my rent.....
