Boat being towed up a slope

How many vehicles here, in tow?

Now, if they would just get out of that gas guzzler and walk. Walking would be yet another sport. These people seem like they would be having a good time wherever they went.

  1. Am I understanding correctly, when you seem to imply that the jeep is also in tow?
In britain you cannot tow more than one trailer.
Unless that is you're a fairground person, travelling on a "showman's licence". This allows for a truck to pull both a fairground ride and an accommodation trailer. At, if I remember correctly, no more than 25 miles per hour.

  3. Depends on the state of course, and their desire to enforce. In NM they experimented for a year with semi trips. Very long. Impossible to back up of course. Double semi trailers are still allowed, but no longer trips. (Triple trailers-two full trailers behind a regular full semi-trailer.)

Jeeps and boats r nothin' though. Especially in the West.

  4. Australia (which you may have heard of) has 'road trains.' These have three and occasionally four trailers.

  5. Does nobody see the bicycles but me????? Bicycles are vehicles, aren't they? And his budy up ahead towing a trailer with ATVs or Jet Skis. (Can't tell which. Jet skis, I guess.)

So, in this one, the RV is towing 4 vehicles, assuming there are 2 bicycles. And assuming there are not any toy fire engines stuffed in the back of the overpacked jeep.

  6. Slope. You know - a little hill. :) Doesn't have to hold water just because there is a boat being pulled up it.

  7. I have heard (and seen pictures of) Australia's road trains, up to SIX trailers, they say. Five for sure, though. Mostly 4, I think. Road trains in NZ too, no?

  8. The bicycles aren't being towed, they are just sitting there. And for all you know, that back vehicle could be pushing. Or tailgating.
