Evening would find me

Stephen Morath's lighthearted art of Mexico past and the American Southwest deserves to be purchased by you and me. If not original acrylics, then at least posters.

Of course the painting reminds me of El Paso and Juarez back when Juarez meant fun and not death. Here's Marty Robbins among the popcorn and stuff.

  1. Stunning. I love the wonderful colours. The trouble is they look much better in the bright light of Mexico than the pale tones of Europe.

  2. Mexico does have bright lights. :) I think the Pale Tones was a singing group from the '50s, though. :)
